About Me
My career began in lecturing and tutoring, and I realised the power of bringing insightful support to enable learning and development to overcome challenges. My passion in this field has brought me to what I offer today.
For over 25 years I have been a leader, a manager, an employee, and successfully run my own business. My experience has given me a wealth of insight, understanding and skills to enhance the psychodynamic, empathic approach used in my coaching. Seeing considerable difference is important to me and I work to create change with clients in a personal context and see them grow, in their role and business.
I have coached nationally and internationally with a diverse range of clients including the airline industry, health services, education, media services, fashion industry and government agencies, bringing insight and behavioural change to senior leaders individually and in teams.
During this time, I specialised in delivering evidence-based training to improve wellbeing and reduce stress in organisations - improving performance and reducing sickness absence. Working across the UK and in New Zealand on Government-led initiatives to improve health and performance. I delivered training and coaching for consultant doctors and their teams, developing their leadership skills. With a wide range of small/medium enterprises I have worked to identify key areas for business improvement and bring about better, open communication creating a thriving, productive environment.
Today I work as an Executive Coach in organisations and coach individuals privately and run Retreats in North Yorkshire - pretty much living my passion.
